Who doesn’t love a bit of Katsu Curry? This healthy version is oven baked and served with a homemade curry sauce.
A fresh summery fish dish, low in fat, packed with vegetables and bursting with herby flavour which is simple and quick to cook. This is made using Nathan’s Organic Veg Box produce.
I have developed this recipe to make use of all the lovely mushrooms I’ve been buying during lockdown. I have been taking delivery of boxes of exotic mushrooms from Smithy Mushrooms and I felt the best way to showcase these, was to make delicious ramen bowls. A delicious and nutritious ramen broth to add joy to your soul and mushrooms to the bowl. This recipe can be vegan, gluten free and dairy free.
